Love this app and it is very addictive!

It is so great to have another App based on the competition rules in english and I thank the developers for this. Still compared to the (no defunct) Standard Competitive Mahjong-App there are still many features one could hope for to be added in the future: first of all a multiplayer-mode would be nice, as well as different KIs. But overall Im glad that this exists.

Very close to the real game. Fun to play.

Although I play by Japanese rules at my weekly games, so the scoring differs, this a great way to practice the strategies AND lets me play Mah Jong every day! What more could anyone as for?

The best Hong Kong Mahjong I can find. Good scoring, fast ai players, and very fair play! The "how to play" is a little convoluted since it was a mandarin to English translation so if you need a little help look up the rules online to clarify.

Theres not a lot of traditional mahjong apps out there. This one represents the game pretty well

I learned to play Taiwan-style with my wifes family, so would love to see that version supported. In the meantime, this HK version is very good.

I tried several other versions,none of them as good as this one. Love it！

Traditional 18 tile Chinese Mahjong. Very user friendly...available in English & Chinese. Highly recommended!

Love it，playing it while eatting lunch ahhhha

As a mahjong player, this is a fun game. But the inability to move and reorganize tiles in your rack make knitting hands very difficult. I would pay for an app that let me reorganize my tiles.

Love how it does all the fixing and leaves the strategy to me. Good practice of making better choices

Great layout, interesting. Ive played mahjongg in the past BUT I wish that 1. Everything they said was in English so I know what is being thrown out, and all the character titles had numbers on them. 2. I wish I knew which hands are actually needed to win. Im pairing and consecutive but have no idea what is actually going on. Also, is chop, ping, and kong a good thing?? 3. A detailed walkthrough throughout the first game would be very helpful.

Great game! This is pretty much the only app with REAL mahjong. I only wish that you could select your voice and that there was online play.

Never played mahjong before this, but really wanted to learn. Every other app is the matching game, or entirely nonenglish. This game uses, from what Wikipedia tells me, "official Chinese scoring" which Im sure is correct but dont want to presume. It also tells you when you have a move to make or a win to take. If you wanna learn you can jump right in with 0 point hand limit and if you wanna improve check out the wiki page and do the standard 8 point hand limit. Its fun and a great learning tool.

Finally, a REAL mahjong game, and not mahjong solitaire. Adding multiplayer would be an awesome upgrade, though, and would fulfill the last star.

Goes crazy after playing awhile. This game has a mind of its own, picks a random card from the payers hand and discard. Sometimes it skips your turn and not allow the pulled card to be kept. Not true to the real game where when the banker wins, it retains bankership!
